Issue with my Digital Phone went dialing certain numbers

WHen I switched to digital phone, i now having issues with calls some numbers.  Its not a long distance number.  It's a Verizon land line.  But, my family can call me from that number without any problems.  Message"  The number you dialed isn't in service"

Be sure to use the area code of the folks you are calling.  You must use 10 digit dialing for all calls.  For example if you live in the 212 area code you would dial 212-555-1212 to reach your neighbor.
