I live near Richmond Virginia and I was a customer of Verizon Cable for over 7 years before Verizon deleted some extras and my bill went way up. So I decided to try Comcast and after 30 days, I knew I did not want to keep it. So I went back to Verizon and signed up for the Mix and Match and love it. I have cable, internet and land line. After Verizon was hooked up, the land line no longer works. I see the words "no home line" on the receiver and I cannot receive or make calls. Those who were supposed to be able to help me kept passing me around and would never help me. I have been at this since early this morning and I am tired of. Verizon's customer service is lousy and I might have to go to another carrier. I am so sorry to have to do this but they sure need to improve their ways. .
