Landline Voicemail Stopped Working

My landline voicemail stopped working a few days ago.  Callers cannot leave a message, and the local voicemail access phone for me does not pick up.  I have a voicemail alert on the dial tone, but messages are now iaccessible.

Has anyone had a solution to landline not working? 

Mine says no line.i have tried everything. No customer support at all.
