Landline stopped working

Started as much static and not connecting incoming or outgoing. Then no dial tone on any of 4 phones. Connecting to outside box with same result. Troubleshooting website on on my verizon is also stated out of order. Internet works fine thank goodness. How do you connect with verizon to get some help. Frustrating!

Call 800-VERIZON. Tell them you've no dial tone at the NID (network interface device, or the box outside).

sorry to hear that mine stopped working as well on 6/5/15 and they are supposed to come out to repair today by 9:00 p.m.
