Line Problem

Good Morning All. I am having a problem  when I called my friend earlier today at about 9pm friday night he told me that a another phone number appears on his caller ID but I did not believe him so when I called my cell phone it was true another phone number did appeared on the caller ID of my cell phone. So when I called the repair center they told me they had to dispatch someone to the CO on monday to investigate. Now I did put  a order on thursday  to increase my dsl from 3.0 to 7.1 and they did send out someone on friday morning to change the pairs in the CO for the service so maybe that is what caused it. I am clueless and dont know whats going on . Has anyone had this problem.

al5000, sorry to hear that. Did it work correctly prior? And everything w/ your DSL is working fine now correctly? I can look into it on our end. Just send me a private message w/ your phone # & what appears on the caller ID now & what should appear thanks Brett
