Hello,
Recently when I am using my lanline phone it will cut out of a conversation and go silent, then on the display it says "line on hold"
If I hang up and bring the call back the person will still be talking as if it didn't cut out on them so it's only on my end. Could this be a Verizon issue or an issue with the phone itself? The phone is an older one plus I have DSL internet through the same phone line which really hasn't given me any problems lately.
