Minutes left in international world plan

Here we go again with a bad habit....Can anybody tell me how many minutes I have left in my int'l plan?  Feature is currently deactivated apparently.  Last update was on 10/01/14, despite your disclaimers indicate that update should occur within 48 hours.......

call c/s, may be you get the answer, Or you can use the calling card to make the  calls, you will know how many minutes left.

Please, reenable the minutes counter for my international world call plan.  Last update was back in Nov.  Just ridiculous!! same problem every month......
