Am I the only one who has to reset their password everytime I pay my bill. Then within a few days i get the following note that makes it look like I requested it!

As a result of your recent contact with Verizon through our call center, our automated phone system or our website, we've updated your account to add or change your password and secret question(s) and answer(s) for your Verizon online account.
You should get such a message after you succeed in resetting your pasword, But if you find it changed again, SUSPECT an account breach. Make sure you contact Verizon and others about it.
