Moving Serizon equipment to the new power pole

The power company replaced an aging power pole but cannot remove the old pole until Verizon equipment is moved to the new pole. Who do I need to call about that?

Hi Cjam, If the power company replaced the pole and needs Verizon to move the lines to the new pole they will reach out to the local office and get that set up for Verizon to move the lines. ~Frank

Great, but how do I reach my "local"office. The only number I have is the maddening general number with a nearly impossible menu and a ridiculous wait time.
