My Cordless Phones are getting dialing/busy noises

yesterday i started getting a dialing sound and busy signal sound on my phone. It only happens to my cordless phones. I hooked up a regular corded phone and it doesnt do it. I went out and bought a new cordless and it does the same thing. I have DSL and all the phones have filters on them. I even tried different filters. and its still the same problem. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a line problem or could it be interference with the phones. They are both 5.8GHz.

I fixed my own problem. Come to find out it was the regular corded phone that was causing the problem. It has an option/setting called IPP whatever that is. Soon as i turned that off. My cordless phones worked fine. Problem solved. Thanx anyway.
