My Home Phone Is Not Working,I have tried everything ,and the only thing it is doing all you hear is a big noice on it i need a repair man to come out and check it how do i get one out to my house,i cant call them because my phone want work help me please.thanks so much

Why do we even have a home phone any more, I always said in case of emergency. I had no phone or internet for three days. I could not use the phone. Wasting money.
