My outgoing caller ID information is wrong, how can this be corrected?

I just called to order pizza, and the person on the other end tried to confirm my name by reading the caller id infor back to me. it was not even close to correct. it was however the same name that was first used to identify my account. (I have no idea where it came from as I have always provided the correct information)
