I have been without caller ID since tuesday and have been on tech support since then , They said there was a problem and she fixed it and then tested the line, had it for about 4 hrs then its gone again, this is very very frustrating and we even bought new phones 120.00 dollers later a still no caller ID, I am so frustrated i am thinking about doing away with landline , I am trying one last time to fix this, Maybe someelese could help!!!! ???????
