I have waited on hold for two hours and unable to get assistance. My landline stopped working and unable to get a dial tone. The phone will ring on an incoming call but I cannot pick up the call. I have tried contacting multiple verizon support numbers with no success.

For 3 hours, I’ve been on 2 different chats this afternoon with no success.
I have the same issue. No dial tone.
I can see incoming calls on the TV screen, but that’s it.
they each said I’ll keep you posted in the chat, but both have disappeared.
the phone number is no better because you can’t get through.
