Our phone goes in and out on a whim. However we live in PA and cannot be helped with the chat function. Ridiculous! Then I have to use my time to contact them and wait until I find the right person. Can someone tell me why I cannot put this in online. Obviously if my homephone is not working I cannot call on it. Keep landline as no cell service! Please help fix this issue. Paying a lot not getting a lot!!!!!!!
