Need help with home phone voicemail

I have had this for a month already and wanted to start using  the voicemail feature but I can't find the number I need to access it my phone number is {edited for privacy} please help I also need the access code I've tried but never succeeded.

Hello Nye_ohana,

I would be glad to assist you with your voicemail set up.  Depending on which service you have depends on the voicemail access number though.  If you have FiOS digital voice the access number is 1-800-2FiOSVM which is 800-234-6786.  For anything else I will need to know your phone number which we will do in private message along with your access code.
