Hi, I was wondering how do I get a calling log of all outgoing calls from my number for the last month?
Do you have Digital Voice? If so, login to your account, select Fios Digital Voice, then select the Calls and Messages tab. In the View Status pull-down box, select Outgoing calls. Page through them (using the arrows in the Page display) for the last month.
If you want to print or export them, I'm not sure if that's possible, except by printing the web pages. Still new for me too.
What exactly is digital voice??
Is that the Voice mail
I ask as i have regular phone servce with voice mail and have access to all my logs Just look on the main page where you access your bill
Digital voice as I understand it is included only with the Fios packages. I meant that I could only speak to the phone log inquiry as it pertains to Digital Voice. I was not sure about other plans. Now that you have verified it is the same in that regard, we have the bases covered 😉
Digital Voice is the Voice of IP (VoIP) based service that you can have as an alternative to the fiber-based traditional phone service. VoIP is entirely carried by the same internet bandwidth you subscribe to for data services instead of the tariffed service they provision on fiber. Since it's a traditional VoIP service instead, it's subject to internet outages (if your power is out, your phone is dead) and quality of services issues and interfaces with the 911 system via the E911 method. In exchange however, there are numerous taxes and surcharges which are not assessed on VoIP offerings and thus many report that it is substantially cheaper than traditional phone service.
While I can't speak directly for Digital Voice, I will tell you that I've been on a non-Verizon VoIP service for many years now and presently pay less than $20/month for unlimited local and long distance minutes to anywhere in the U.S., Canada, and most of Western Europe -- all taxes included -- and retain the same phone number I always had.

Don't count on it. my taxes and fees have gone from $10.76 for traditional Verizon phone service to $11.99 for Verizon Digital voice. The Federal subscriber line charge disappeared, but most of the others increased. This may be due to the fact that all long distance calls are included and are taxed accordingly, whether you use it or not. I certainly didn'y, made no long distance calls during that period.
