I'll be visiting someone in Queens with a local flat rate plan (about $17/mo) and need to know which prefixes are toll free from his number. His number is 718-225-xxxx. He's unable to help. I understand the information is the front of the local phone book. I can't find it anywhere on the internet. Chasing LATA and such has proven unreliable with conflicting results. Can some look in the book and post the toll free prefixes for me?
TIA
