Need repair

I am calling to repair a land line  {edited for privacy} the phone box is in backyard of a neighbor so I have to ask them permission to let technician in for fixing. Luckily the neighbor was  happy to leave the side


  gate open for them to fix the phone . A technician came And about 1 hr later he told me that the phone line was done but the main box in the main street was bad so he needed to call someone else to come. However nothing was done And he reported to the Verizon that he couldn't get in the backyard to fix it. It is a lie but  I called Verizon And found out he is a sub-contractor And Verizon can't do anything about that. They just asked to reschedule And asked the neighbor again. I have to wait until weekend so that they will be  home to leave the door open, it means I don't have phone line for another week. And I am still not sure if it will be fixed this weekend. Is it true Verizon can't do anything about it?

I've had your post copied to an employee monitored board where a Verizon representative can review your account details and reach out to you to resolve. You will be contacted by email and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account as soon as possible.
