Need to postpone turning off of phone

My phone is scheduled to be turned off on Monday, but we need that to be postponed for 4 weeks due to some unforeseen complications at this time.  At the end of 4 weeks it should be taken care of,if not we will get a hold of you before that time comes to postpone then, too.  But it should not happen.  Thank you, have a good day. {edited for privacy}
