New Construction Install issues

I am a new customer trying to get my service setup but cannot seem to make the people answering the phones to understand that I have no connection from my house to the GTE box for the neighborhood.

I keep calling and getting told that everything shows fine when tested when that is not possible since I have not opened the dsl box that was sent to me for my service.

My question is how do I getr to the right people to get the conenction from the gte phone box to my house so I can get my service started.

The neighborhood I have moved to has fiber all around the area but not where I am, so I am trying to get my dsl to work.

A bit frustrated when calling either sends me on an endless seeming loop through the verizon phone tree or just getting told that all is working as intended.

Here's to hoping I can get the right stuff from you guys, thanks in advance

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe".
Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
