I just moved to Gladstone, VA, and the only landline phone service is verizon. On 9/8/09 I signed up online to connect new service, and everything seemed alright. It gave me a connection date of the same day 9/8/09. Well no service, and when I checked back on line the new start date was 10/15/09. The live chat and email are not working, and there is no phone number to contact verizon. I just want to be able to use my phone at home. Any idea how I can find out the actual connection date?
