No Caller ID

All of a sudden my caller ID quit working on digital voice last week. All our phones read out now is "incoming call". I tried going into my settings to see if caller ID somehow got deselected in my call features and now it isn't even listed as an option! What's going on?

If you go under the TV STB and press Menu you can choose Caller ID help and assistance and it will reset a bunch of stuff.  I'm not in front of my TV to tell you the exact place but I think its under custome support and Caller ID help.  It will run a few things and should restore your Caller ID.  I had the same problem once and used this to fix the problem.
