No Dial Tone - Digital Voice

We had FIOS installed about 1 m ago, including digital voice.
Everything worked fine until yesterday when we had no dial tone.
The POTS light is green on the box in the basement. When I plug a phone directly into the box I get a dial tone.
I've unplugged all phones in the house, but still get no dial done when I plug a phone in.
Can't get through to Verizon support either by phone or online.
I would "reboot" the system but don't know how to disconnect the battery backup.
Any suggestions?

Problem Solved.
I got through to tech support via Live Chat, which was working today.
The tech was very helpful, had me check a few things. Then resent the signal to us. Everything went dead, flashing lights everywhere. The system rebooted and we are OK now.
