No Dial Tone

Please sombody fix the no dial tone on my land line in rural NY.  No cell service so I can't call anybody to report the problem.  The Verizon web site works okay to a point and that is I can't contact anybody.  Network problems again that is the fifth or sixth time in the last month we've lost dial tone.  Fix it -{edited for privacy}

Have you tried reporting it through the  Support page ? Thre are a variety of ways to contact Verizon, including “Ask Verizon,” our virtual chat agent.

Same problem here - also in rural NYS.  Called support and they want to charge me to come out and test my equipment. I'll wait.
