We have no dial tone.  We have checked our phones and the demarcation box, no dial tone at the demarcation box.  Can not seem to get through to repair.  What can we do?

There are various ways to contact Verizon here: Support page which includes  “Ask Verizon,” our virtual chat agent, and customer support phone numbers.

True but when I click on them they just take me to a page that says they are experiencing delays due to the strike.
