It's been 22 days since my phone stopped working. 19 days since my email account got suspended. I called for 10 days stright and everyday you guys said the problem is on your end and it will be fixed that night. I was told nothing but lies from you guys. I guess its time for me to take legal action.
I've had your post copied to an employee monitored board where a Verizon representative can review your account details and reach out to you to resolve. You will be contacted by email and/or the billing telephone number on your Verizon account as soon as possible.
You can also use the Verizon Troubleshooter to report and try to fix issues with your phone service, as well as to schedule a repair. I tried the Verizon Troubleshooter but it didn't work. Under my services it says I only have internet and cable.
