I tried using my phone last night and did not have a dial tone. When I called Verizon for service I was told my phone line will not be available until late Thursday evening. It seems a lot of people have the same problem. My question is this......... Since we were not able to use our phones will those days be deducted from our bill? Thank you, Kim

I just spoke with Verizon and was informed whenever there is a phone outage for more than 24 hours my account will be credited for that amount of time.
