My landline and inernet service do not work. What do I do, who do I call ? The instructions on the website to self-repair my problem are unhelpful (and grossly self-serving). And why am I directed to the verizon "community" ? I don't want to read about other people with the same problem, I want the company I am buying service from to address the problem. Unbelievable that Verizon does not have a quick, coherent way to report and address problems (and since my internet is out, it's not very efficient to tell me to go to my messages, is it ?).
