No messages yet getting "New Voice Mail" signal

Today my phone service started to act up. I'm getting the intermittent voice mail signal when I pick up the phone. My phones flash to let me know I have new voice mail. I go to my voicemail and there are no new voicemails. Just started today after working fine before. Any input would be great. Thanks.

I have the same problem. Spoke with 2 CSReps with no solution offered.

I also have the same problem. Started out with a real VM, but when I deleted it, the VM signal didn't go away.

Problem mysteriously disappeared.

make sure that when you are done listening to your voicemails you exit the mailbox properly by hitting the star button until you hear the message "thank you. goodbye" that should solve the problem you are describing if there are no messages in your mailbox
