No phone or internet

Hi

I haven't had phone service since 1/13/13, called repair and was texted Verizon Ticket {Edited for privacy}. Next day I was sent a text that the repair request was resolved. It was NOT. On 1/14/13 I lost internet service and was texted Verizon Ticket {Edited for privacy}. On the same day I get a text stating that the repair request was resolved. It was NOT. On both original text messages, it said they would resolve repairs by 1/29/13 7pm and talking to an agent, they said there was an outage in my area. So today I called repair and they said they have no outstanding repair requests. What the .....? Please tell me what is going on! I need help! I have a new Verizon Ticket now {Edited for privacy}1 with a date of 2/6/13.
