My idea is when the service comes back on, I will be canceling both the land line and my cell service.

cancel yor service. i have not had service for over a month, and they do nothing. i have been on the phone waiting to speak to repair for 42 minutes transferred to 4 wrong departments. they should be fined.
i have been on the phone for more than 1 and a half hours, bounced from place to place trying to get repair in ny. yhey sent me to florida repair just before. so i am on hold again. and i have had no phone service for more than a month. i want to knowwhat cn bedone to fine this company. they are terrible.
