I recently upgraded my Verizon phone and internet. I am supposed to have interrupted dial tone when there is a message; this does not happen. I need to know if I have messages without calling VoiceMail. What's the problem?
Your asking peers here. I know were to look if you are a FIOS Digital Voice users, but not for other Verizon offerings
For Fios Digital Voice go to http://www36.verizon.com/FiOSVoice/members/VoiceMailSettings.aspx and make sure voice mail notifications has the "Light message light and/or change dial tone to stutter (where available)" checked.
Ah, but I don't have FIOS Digital Voice, just Fios Voice. Lower level service????
