Nomorobo all circuits busy

I’ve had fios digital voice for 10 years and have used nomorobo for last five years. Today, anyone calling my fios number gets a message ‘all circuits busy’. If I disable ‘simultaneous ring’ calls ring thru (even spam), if I re-enable everyone gets the ‘all circuits busy’ message. Is this a fios issue or nomorobo?

Some additional info. I first though this was a fios phone issue. After several chat sessions got me no where I thought it might me related to nomorobo. Nomorobo has worked flawlessly for years so why this issue. I see no way of contacting them.
