This is a major inconvenience. The main reason I switched to a copper line phone service is a work related decision. Now my phone service is not working how am I supposed to work?! I went through the automated process and told the technician will be dispatched on Wednesday. Why do I have to wait?!!! My phone was working last night.
I used my cell to call my house to see what's going on and got the "not in service" message.
