I have had verizon phone service for 3 1/2 years and nothing but trouble with the phone service. Every time it rains my phone goes out, afterwards I get notice and lots of static & noise, today I am getting echos and I can't heard the person calling me. This is the only phone verizon that I can get in my area. We need a land line because we are in our 70's and don't have a cell phone that we can rely on.
I , also agree this Verizon is the worst phone service that I have ever had.
Tried calling Verizon, but I get transferred all over the place, and I was, also told that I would get credit on my phone bill for phone being out of service for a week, but didn't get it.
I wish that companies would give better service like it use to be, but all they want is your money and don't care about the customers.

i agree with you 1000 percent!!! Verizon is at my house about 4-5 tmes a year, because they cannot fix the static on my line. the Verizon Troubleshooter is a piece of garbage, designed to run you around in circles until you get totally fed up. You go through the **bleep** thing, and it always ends up in the same place - Sorry! The Virtual Assistant is also useless, it always ends up sending you to a non-functional link. You used to be able to email Verizon with your problem, but they have taken that option away now, too. I have never in my life dealt with a company that has such incredibly crappy customer service. Verizon wants to get out of the coppper business, i get it. If that is what they want to do, then give us something that works.
