OnePoint Voicemail -- Is it supposed announce the caller's phone number before the message?

OnePoint Voicemail was added to my copper landline after signing up with a service bundle. Problem is there is no phone number announcement when listening to messages. Is this an option that can be turned on and off?

I've gone through the VM menu, but there doesn't appear to be one for message options that would change it. It's strange that a voicemail system would not announce this information considering that cell phone voicemail does. I read an old post that Digital Voice has this feature, and that person wanted to turn if OFF.  I'd like it turned ON with OnePoint.
