I have two different tele number in my house. By using the drop-down box it used to be I could sign in one time and pay both numbers in one sign on. The drop-down box gave me the option to choose which tele number to pay.
Now they are saying I need to setup two different sign on user names and 2 different passwords. Errrrrr!!!!!
I'm on hold with bill pay tech support trying to get the new bill pay to work with two different tele numbers in the same house.
It used to work like a charm but someone had to muck it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
