Our phone has been out of service for 7 Days. It has been extremely problematic for us, and communicating with Verizon's customer service has been a joke. Every time we call them, they assure us our service will be back online that very day--which has patently not happened. We would've preferred an honest answer--if the earliest you can have our service back up is in a week, then say that instead of constantly stringing us along.
The trouble ticket has been opend for a week but nobody works on it! If this is how Verizon treats its customers--providing an unreliable service that they don't even bother to improve--then I don't see what else we can do except switch providers.
