When I call someone, the caller id on the phone of the person I am calling states a city name and not even the correct city which I live in. How do I get my name to display correctly when I make an out going call?

How does it show up at tnid.org? In general, you have to report that type of trouble directly to verizon. Click contact us and do a chat session or call them at 800 verizon
