I'm trying to find out if there is a way to see if there is an outage in my area since Verizon Live Chat system is CLOSED on Sunday? Does anyone know if there is a way to find out b/c I obviously can't call them?
Live chat is open 7 days a week... diferent departments are open different days and times
Technical support/repair is available 7 days via chat and 24/7 on the phone
there is no public website to check for Verizon outages
