Outgoing calls have incorrect caller ID info

Our number shows up on the caller ID of others as a business that used to use our number. Now some people won't answer our calls. There is no option on verizon to report such a problem, nor can you report this over the phone. How do I resolve this problem?

@   Try calling Verizon @ 1-800-837-4966.
