I just received a phone call from Peak Communications in Orange Calif. They offered a better per minute rate for local and long didstance calling (I think). The salesperson at Peak said that the all billing from Verizon woulod remain the same and that I would notice the change on page 3 of my bill.
Did I do the right thing by accepting their offer?
Has anyone else dealt with this Peak Communications?
I don't usually accept telephone solitations. However, this seemed like a good idea.
Thank You
Cannot say by personal experience, my Verizon service includes unlimited local and long distance and is part of a FIOS bundle that makes it fairly cheap.
There are reports on the internet compaining about Peak. They are probably not offering you local only long distance service. But we all know that you usually only hear from those complaining.
