Phone Problem on my end?

Ever since I got FIOS installed my uncle cannot reach me. He seems to be the only person I know so far that has this problem so it might be his phone. Here is what happens:

If he calls me then all he hears on his end is ringing. I do not hear any calls from him. My phone never rings or anything on my end.

He is in the same zip code as me and also uses Verizon for service but not fiber. I have had other people call me in the same and different  zip code and they get through without any problems. Even the telemarketers get through fine.

Anyone know what's going on???
