I'm a 71 year old male who lives alone and my phone service is my lifeline if I need help. My current Verizon phone backup option is the PowerReserve. This doesn't work for me since our power somethimes is interrupted for weeks. What Verizon components in my system need to be changed so I can install the Battery Backup Unit? My current ONT is the l-211M-L. My power adapter is the Mu36-d120300-al and my battery backup is the Cyber Power CA25U16V2. Finally, I'm using the Fios Quantum Gateway # Fios-G1100.

However no Verizon battery back up unit is going to function weeks of a power outage.
not even an expensive APC can last that long.
if your power goes out for that inordinate amount of time I would get a cellular phone to use. There are cheap use cell phones you can purchase.
