Phone line down, no way to contact Verizon?

My phone line has been down 4-5 days. Internet is spotty when it's been raining. We recently had flooding here so not sure if that was the problem.  I have no cell service at my house, no dial tone. Is there not an e-mail or live chat? I'm coming up with no solution?

This issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent.
