Trying to get help. Started at 10:30. Have called 4 times. Nice lady as an automated response, but the steps she gave me do not work. Have been on hold for over 30 minutes for a technician but have had no success. Are they shut today and don't want to admit it. I am on older American who live alone. My neighbors are coming over with cookies to make certain I am not dead. Thank God for good neighbors, I am not so certain about the telecommunications industry. I.
