I have been getting a call about every other day for about a week from a local area code+number. Do not recognize the number or the caller ID. Today, I answered the call, said hello a few times, then heard click. Tried calling the number and received automated msg saying number not in service. Q: how can a number that just called me NOT be in service when I call it back?
