Problem with Phone and Cannot Get Help from Verizon

I just waited on hold for an hour waiting to talk to a Verizon rep about my phone service.  No one ever came on the line to help me.  My phone service keeps cutting out while I am speaking on my phone.  Is there anyone at Verizon that can help me?  This has been going on for weeks and I can't to seem to get a human being to help me!
