Several weeks ago, my service was converted from copper to FiOS. The conversion was seamless. Today, I lost my dial tone. After following instructions from Chat, the dial tone was recovered. As I replugged my hand sets, all worked well until I plugged in my most recently purchased Uniden DECT 6.0 Cordless set. I immediately lost the dial tone until I disconnected the handset. This set worked just fine until today. What gives?
Possibly a bad wire, or flaw in the Uniden phones base station. I've used several versions of Uniden dect 6.0 phones in the past with no problems.
